I repainted mine in the front yard with two cans of tractor paint, and except for needing to buff it out, it looks fine. Repainting is a piece of cake, except for the electrical junk on the back fender. Disconnect the battery *before* you find the remote starter solenoid under the seat, bolted to the front of the fender where you can't get it without getting zapped.
It doesn't matter what color you buy, any bike can be refinished, in any color scheme you want. And it doesn't always cost a fortune either.
